What data we collect
Contact form. When you send us a message or request a quote, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company, position, the product or service you are interested in, and your message.
Technical data. To protect the site against abuse, our infrastructure processes technical request data (such as your IP address and browser signals) for rate limiting and automated bot detection. This data is used for security purposes only.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we process it
We use the data you submit to respond to your inquiry and route it to the team responsible for the product or service you selected. Processing is based on taking steps at your request prior to a potential contract, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website.
Where your data goes
Form submissions are delivered to AzRy team mailboxes (Google Workspace) and to our internal Slack workspace. To operate the website we use service providers that may process data on our behalf, including Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), Slack, and Google. These providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States, under their respective data-protection safeguards.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary to operate and secure the site (for example, automated bot protection on the contact form). The map on our contact page loads only after you click it — when you choose to load it, Google Maps may set cookies under Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows from it, after which it is deleted from our systems in the ordinary course.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
